pv.direct facilitates information about solar asset ownership, direct purchase, financing options, and investment projects on industrial rooftops in Egypt.
We do not provide financial, legal, or tax advice. Independent professional advice is recommended.
Returns shown on the platform are projections based on stated assumptions and are not guaranteed.
3. Accounts & eligibility
You must provide accurate information and complete KYC where required.
You must be legally able to enter binding agreements in your jurisdiction.
We may suspend accounts for suspected fraud, regulatory requirements, or breach of these terms.
4. Sharia compliance disclaimer
Structures are designed to align with commonly applied Sharia principles (asset-backed ownership, profit-sharing).
Investors should obtain their own Sharia certification or scholarly opinion if required for their circumstances.
5. Liability & governing law
We are liable without limitation for intent and gross negligence. Otherwise liability is limited to foreseeable damages typical for this type of contract.
German law applies to the extent permitted. Mandatory consumer protections in your country of residence remain unaffected where applicable.
