QUALITY AT EVERY STAGE

More than panels on a roof.

Use these checkpoints to discuss the technical proposal and installation scope. Final details follow the survey and design and should be recorded in your contract.

A proper site survey

Review consumption, meter data, space, shading, roof condition, access and cable routes, including any need for structural assessment.

A design you can review

Panel layout, inverter selection, electrical diagrams and suitable protection. Distinguish DC module capacity, AC inverter capacity and approved grid-connection capacity.

Clearly specified components

Record brands, models and ratings; review datasheets, certificates and warranties. Agree any substitution in writing before installation.

Installation & site safety

Roof-appropriate mounting, waterproofing protection, cable management, earthing and labelling, with a safety plan for electrical work and work at height.

Checks before handover

Document electrical checks, protection settings and commissioning according to the design and relevant requirements; record results and resolve outstanding issues.

Clear operation & maintenance

User training, monitoring where included, a named support contact, maintenance scope, warranty terms and agreed response times.

VERIFY THE QUALIFICATION

The right capacity. The right tier.

FROM SURVEY TO OPERATION

Clear stages. Clear responsibilities.

We organise the scope of LEIT's team, the customer and relevant authorities in the project file. Timelines and required approvals depend on the site and system type.

Installer qualification and project approval are separate. pv.direct is a private business; official approvals and grid requirements remain with the relevant Egyptian authorities.

  1. Assessment & site survey

Consumption, meter and site information; technical opportunities and constraints.

  2. Design & detailed proposal

Components, scope, cost and payment schedule, with assumptions and exclusions.

  3. Technical file & approvals

For on-grid projects: qualification, documents and distribution-company requirements before work requiring approval.

  4. Supply & installation

Check delivered equipment, implement the approved design and document changes.

  5. Testing & commissioning

Operational and protection checks; complete grid inspection, connection and metering as required.

  6. Handover & aftercare

Handover records, documents, warranties, training and agreed aftercare.
